Angela's Demise, Devastating: Senatorial Hopeful, Wale Ajani Commiserates With Folarin 
The aspirant into the red chamber of the National Assembly, for Oyo Central Senatorial District, Oyo State, Comrade Wale Ajani has   on Friday commiserated with  the Senator representing Oyo Central in the National Assembly, Chief Teslim Folarin over the death of his wife, Angela Nwaka.
In a statement signed by the senatorial aspirant, and made available to BOWA MEDIA, Wale Ajani described Barrister Angela's death as devastating and  expressed sadness over the death of legal scion.

Ajani characterised late Angela as a kindhearted, peace loving and generous woman, who used to care for everyone around her.

He said Angela's death was shocking and it came at a precious time that her pieces of advice would be more useful to her widower and others.

Wale Ajani however consoled Folarin to bear the current pain, huge loss and also take solace in the fact that from God we come and unto him, every living soul shall gather.

He described her death as  sad and devastating, praying Allah to comfort Folarin; the children and all the family members of the deceased...

The leadership of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, and Trade Union Congress, TUC have insisted that there is no going back on the nationwide industrial action slated to commence on Monday, June 3, 2024. The development followed the decision of the unions after a four-hour meeting with the leadership of the National Assembly on Sunday evening in Abuja ended in a deadlock “For now, we don’t have the power to call off the strike, tomorrow (Monday) morning, the strike will kick off as we take their (NASS) plea asking us to call off the strike to our various organs,” said Festus Osifo after the meeting with NASS leadership. Strike: Aviation Unions To Shut Local, International Airports

In compliance with the indefinite strike declared by the organised labour, aviation unions have directed members to withdraw services across airports in Nigeria. The withdrawal would take effect by 12:00 am on Monday June 3, the unions declared. The unions include the National Union of Air Transport Employees (NUATE), Air Transport Services Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (ATSSSAN), Association of Nigerian Aviation Professionals (ANAP) and the National Association of Aircraft Pilots and Engineers (NAAPE). It was learnt that they took the decision after an emergency meeting held on Sunday.
