This comes after the executive governor, Seyi Makinde, initially suspended political activity in the state last week. Following an aggressive demonstration by youths in various sections of Ibadan, Makinde had declared last week that all political campaigning would be banned. Seyi Makinde, has announced the suspension of his campaign activities over the unending fuel and new naira-note crisis.
