HOME NEWS FG Declares Monday, May 2nd And 3rd As Public Holidays The Federal Government of Nigeria has declared Monday 2nd and Tuesday 3rd May, 2022 as Public Holidays to mark this year’s Workers Day and EIdul-Fitr Celebrations. The Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, made the announcement on behalf of the Federal Government on Thursday April 28. According to the FG’s press statement signed by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Interior, Dr. Shuaib Belgore, the Minister congratulated workers across the country on the occasion of this year’s celebration while commending them for their hard work, diligence and sacrifice for the nation.
