Oyo State Government To Train 200 Youth In Tech Skills
The Oyo State government has announced an empowerment programme in conjunction with a leading tech education provider, Coven Works.

This was made known in a statement made available by the Oyo State Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Engr. 'Seun Fakorede MNSE. The programme, according to the Commissioner will "greatly benefit youths who desire to start a career in the thriving tech industry."

The Oyo State Government had on November 1, 2021 shortlisted and announced 22 outstanding youths out of 7000 applicants across board for a Tech-learning and scholarship programme in collaboration with Utiva.

According to the Commissioner, the latest collaboration with Coven Works is meant to empower 200 youths (both indigenes and non-indigenes) with high demand tech skills. The application opens today, July 26th and closes on the 31st of this month.
