Just In: Gov. Makinde’s Campaign DG Unveils LG Campaign Structure in Lagelu~ BOWA MEDIA 

The Director General of Governor Seyi Makinde’s reelection campaign in the Lagelu local government area, Mr. Babatunde Obideji has unveiled local government campaign structure, which included the youth and women coordinators, canvassers, and other campaign/election personnels, across the geopolitical zones, wards, and electoral units in the local government area.

The unveiling comes with an 8 page document, containing names of persons and their political designations towards campaigning and electioneering process in the local government.

The Governor’s campaign DG, Mr. Babatunde Obideji in his brief to newsmen in the later hours of Saturday, October 29th, said the unveiling of the local government campaign structure, campaign and election personnels, is a major effort put in place for a “unified campaign structure”, towards the electoral success of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and all of its candidates, in the fast approaching year 2023 general elections.

Mr. Babatunde Obideji further emphasized that the victory of Governor Seyi Makinde, and other peoples democratic party’s candidates in Lagelu local government area, has become a great cause for all and sundry.

The leadership of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, and Trade Union Congress, TUC have insisted that there is no going back on the nationwide industrial action slated to commence on Monday, June 3, 2024. Strike: Aviation Unions To Shut Local, International Airports

In compliance with the indefinite strike declared by the organised labour, aviation unions have directed members to withdraw services across airports in Nigeria. The withdrawal would take effect by 12:00 am on Monday June 3, the unions declared. The unions include the National Union of Air Transport Employees (NUATE), Air Transport Services Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (ATSSSAN), Association of Nigerian Aviation Professionals (ANAP) and the National Association of Aircraft Pilots and Engineers (NAAPE). It was learnt that they took the decision after an emergency meeting held on Sunday.
