APM House of Reps Candidate, Otope, Marks Democracy Day With Call for Collective Progress
As Nigeria joins the rest of the world in commemorating Democracy Day, Hon. Temitope Oladimeji (OTOPE), the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) candidate for the House of Representatives, Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency, has extended warm greetings to all Nigerians.
In his Democracy Day message, issued by Segun Akinlabi, Media Aide to Hon. Temitope Oladimeji, he reflected on the enduring significance of June 12 as a symbol of Nigeria’s democratic struggle and resilience. He emphasized the need for sustained commitment to democratic values that promote peace, unity, justice, and inclusive development.
He also called for divine guidance for the nation’s leaders and prayed for continued peace, strengthened security, and shared prosperity across the country.
“Democracy is a collective responsibility that requires the active participation of all citizens,” Hon. Oladimeji stated. “On this historic day, we must renew our commitment to the ideals of democracy and work together toward building a stronger, more united, and more prosperous Nigeria.”
Hon. Oladimeji reaffirmed his dedication to effective representation of the Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency, pledging to continue championing the interests and aspirations of his constituents with integrity, transparency, and purpose.
